Do not apply shampoo directly on your scalp. First, mix with small amount of water. Then message gently with it on your scalp for just 2 mins. Use an Anti-Dandruff shampoo if you are having dandruff. Keeping your scalp clean is important to maintain good health of your hair. Do not apply oil on the scalp if you have Dandruff. Oil makes the scalp sticky and along with dandruff it can lead to infections.Do not comb in wet hair. It will lead to easy hair fall. Dry your hair first with a towel.Try to comb with the fingers first if you have long hair.Never go out in the sun without having your head covered. If your hair is oily, cut down on fried food and fat. Drink plenty of water

Vitamin E
Vitamin E can be used as a leave-on conditioner for dry and damaged hair. A small amount daily will treat dry hair and heal the hair shafts. It is always better to add nutrition to the diet, but for those with very dry hair and scalp, adding a small amount of vitamin E to the hair after shampooing will remedy dry hair, if not treat the cause. To treat the cause, the vitamins need to be taken internally. To make a healing mask of vitamin E, cut open a number of capsules with a small scissors and blend into the hair. Completely cover the ends of the hair, so it feels oily. Leave on for an hour or longer, and then shampoo out for silky, manageable hair.

Vitamin H 
Vitamin H or biotin can be used to help treat brittle, thin or splitting hair and nails, according to the UMMC. In addition, vitamin H is also important for combating hair conditions such as alopecia when used in conjunction with topical clobetasol propionate and the mineral zinc. Low levels of vitamin H in your body may cause hair loss. Vitamin H is found in foods like mushrooms, whole grains and cooked eggs.

Most B vitamins are important for hair growth, including B3, B5, B6 and B12. Niacin, also known as B3, is essential for a healthy scalp with good circulation. Some foods rich in vitamin B3 include fish, chicken and turkey. B5, also known as pantothenic acid, may prevent grey hair and is found in egg yolks and whole grains. B6 and B12 are also found in grains and eggs and can prevent hair loss. B-complex vitamins can give you a quick dose of these hair-healthy vitamins, and vitamin-rich sport beverages are also commonly filled with B vitamins.

Vitamin B5 helps in preventing hair loss. It is also called by Calcium Pantothenate. It is very necessary for the health of the scalp. This nutrient can be obtained from egg yolks, milk, organ meats, potatoes, whole grain cereals and brewer’s yeast.

Onion: 
Add minced onion to your shampoo. Let stand for fifteen days and use the shampoo regularly. Not only will it accelerate hair growth but it will give your hair glacial shine.

Other type onion :
Cut a red onion in half, add four cloves of garlic and two cinnamon sticks. Put everything in a pot and bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Rinse hair with this infusion for four days in a row.

Thrice a week:
Wash your hair at least thrice a week with a mild herbal shampoo. If you have normal hair then you can wash hair every alternate day of the week. Use a mild shampoo for washing your hair. There are plenty of options available in the market.
