Body Weight and Excersies

A Beautiful personality requires a beautiful and fit body,with so much emphasis being placed on slender figures ,almost everyone has become a fitness freak,Gyms and playgrounds are full of people who are trying to archive a svelte form .Those who can't reduce by exercises try to do so by resorting to dieting .dieting can have a positive impact when the body receives all the nutrients ,but when one cuts down on the food without balancing the required calories and other elements ,it can be dangerous .Lack of nourishment can play havoc with one's hair and skin so one must take expert advice before one begins to diet .

Exercise is not only to reduce wight but also to maintain good health .You must do some from of exercise reqularly .choose any form that intrests  you.it could be walking,playig some outdoor game swmiming or jogging.As for as diet is concerned ,try to eat food that is not fried and is closer to its natural form.fresh foods like tomotoes,cucumber,salad leaves   and friutes are very good for people who want to reduce weight .Avoid all kinds of fast food and sweets.

In beauty parlance, cellutis denotes that thikening or   swelling  of the   tissue  which   is  characterized    by  asking that   has  the  appearance  of orange   peel and a grating senstion more or less painful ,during massage.Cellulitis is also an inflammation of this same connective tissue due to toxins that the system has failed to eliminate .
