    • The first step when you want to stop feeling tired all the time is to examine your current lifestyle, paying particular attention to your current sleep habits. If you suffer from insomnia, you may find that treating your insomnia decreases your fatigue.       Make sure you are staying hydrated by drinking a lot of water and eating nutritious food. For instance, a diet rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber, which includes a lot of fruit, vegetables and whole grains, can help decrease fatigue and boost energy.

      If you have already made all of these suggested lifestyle changes and you are still feeling tired all the time, you will want to see your doctor to check for and/or rule out any underlying health conditions that may be causing your excessive levels of fatigue.

      For instance, you may want to have your blood drawn to check for anemia. If you are anemic, sometimes adding an iron supplement to your daily diet (with your doctor's approval, of course) may help quite a bit. (Always check with your doctor to determine the right amount of iron for you.)

There are hundred of brands of  shampoo available  in market .and each one claim to be the best.under such circumstances ,it is easy for people to get confused and keep changing their shampoos .Some of the myths propagated by the companies   that   manufacture  shampoos hve been dispelled in this chapter


   Is there Shampoo ,which can make my hair grow faster?  no Shampoo can make the hair grow.They can add fullness and keep  the scalp clean and healthy.

Can shampoo be used everyday?


   Although it is not advisable to shampoo the hair everyday,there are few shampoos available in the market,which are mild  and have a sightly acid pH level that  the hair likes .it is important to choose a shampoo according to hair type(oily,dry,normal etc)

I the shampoo is left on the scalp for 2-3 minutes does it clean the hair better?


Shampoo are designed to attract dirt and lift it off the hair .Shampoo does not absorb the dirt  and so leving in on for a longer time will not have any cleansing effect.

In this method see the list of what to eat for 5 days,

In first day, eat any fruits except banana with a bit too much watermelon.

                Smoking and drinking and  pan masala and tobacco  .Tobacco gives lot of pain for us.not only a health it also affect our brain.Smoking habits reduce our brain's thinking power.if u use tobacco continuously then your lips and mouth goes dirty.Mouth cancer easily comes  for using tobacco 


* Simple exercise  


daily just do a simple exercise.Walking is must ,daily 20 mins walking and 15 minutes meditation is enough for us to normal life.

* Think positively
