meditation is important for all humans .the other  species cannot do this .every man's mind have lot of power that power do anything but we do some practice for that meditation do that matter as good.every morning our brain has a nice blood circulation ,at this time if we do a meditation it will give us more freshness for our brain .once the brain has good fresh our total body has that power from brain ..brain is control whole body ,so first we concentrate with our brain.humans brain doesn't has different the different is how we use it...the richest man's use only 3.5 % power o brain..oh god just imagine if we use 100% of it,how we are ,we are may be become god!?yes in my guess the god means which one use the brain with more power .good thinks always give a positive results.positive thinks only run a world ..

early morning 5-6 is good time for meditation ..some practise we do it  for all time.example:; up ur hands and close your one side nose ,breath slowly ,take a air  inside the body 10 -20 times without relief the ear..then relief the air bit slowly do it for continuously .
