* Walking: Daily 15 minutes morning and 20 minutes evening (between 5.30-7.pm)  is must.After finishing the dinner you must walk minimum 2-3 minutes .at the time of walking you must rotate your hips and bottom of belly .And round your hands anti clock wise.and breath must be slowly .not walk like machine just feel your walk and your full mind should be concentrate in your belly reduce matter .This walking is continues not for 10 - 20 days .it should be more than 45 days
