                                 It's called poor's apple yes one Indiangosseberry equals as Apple ..Apple has lot of vitamins  and minerals .Indiangosseberry also has that much of minerals ans vitamins like apple .Indiangosseberry is gives good for Constipation..Constipation is one of the big problem for us .if we eat Constipation regularly we can avoid Constipation.


3.Mango
